1. Appointments & Cancellations

• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a fee for your next appointment.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a cancellation fee may apply.

2. Refund Policy

• All treatments and services are non-refundable. Once a service has been provided, no refunds will be issued.

3. Treatment Suitability & Medical Disclosures

• Consultations: All new clients must complete a consultation and medical intake form before treatment.
• Health & Safety: Please disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or recent procedures before receiving treatment. Certain health conditions may make you ineligible for specific treatments.
• Results & Variability: Individual results may vary. While we strive for optimal outcomes, no guarantees are made regarding treatment effectiveness.

4. Photography & Video Policy

• No photography or video recording is permitted in treatment rooms to ensure client privacy and maintain a professional environment.
• Before & After Photos: With your consent, we may take before and after photos for medical documentation and/or marketing purposes.

5. Age Restrictions

• Clients must be 18 years or older to receive cosmetic injectable treatments.
• Clients under 18 require parental or guardian consent for certain non-invasive treatments.

6. Payments & Pricing

• All pricing is subject to change without notice.
  
• Payment is due in full at the time of service.

7. Right to Refuse Service

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is deemed unsuitable for treatment, is under the influence of drugs or alcohol, or engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.

8. Safety & Hygiene

• All treatments are performed in a sterile, clean environment by qualified professionals.
• We follow strict infection control protocols in compliance with Ontario’s health and safety regulations.
